Logging in
Every agent has a single login URL: agent.yumkiosk.com. There are no separate apps, no TOTP codes by default, and no dedicated hardware required — any modern Chrome, Firefox, or Safari browser on a desktop, laptop, or tablet works. This page walks through first login and troubleshoots the usual snags.
First-time login
New agents are invited by their owner or manager. Check your email for a message with subject "You've been invited to join [Business Name] on YumKiosk". Click the link — it takes you to agent.yumkiosk.com/accept-invite?token=.... The link is valid for 7 days; if it expires, ask whoever invited you to resend.
On the accept-invite page, you'll be asked to:
- Set a password. Minimum 12 characters, must include at least one number. We recommend using a password manager.
- Review the contractor agreement. US agents are classified as independent contractors by default. Read and accept.
- Complete a 5-question training quiz. Covers the basics of etiquette, the order builder, and how to handle common edge cases like cancellations and refunds. You can retake it unlimited times.
Once all three steps are done, you're dropped onto the main dashboard. Your account is now active.
Returning logins
After the first login, just go to agent.yumkiosk.com/login, enter your email and password, and click Sign in. Sessions last for 30 days of inactivity, so you typically won't need to re-enter your password often unless you clear cookies.
Optional two-factor auth
Any agent can opt into two-factor authentication under Settings → Security. We support both authenticator apps (Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password) and SMS codes, with authenticator apps strongly recommended. Owners can require 2FA for all agents on their team — if they do, you'll be prompted to enable it the next time you log in.
Forgot password
Click Forgot password? on the login screen. Enter your email, and you'll get a reset link valid for 30 minutes. If you don't see the email within a couple of minutes, check your spam folder — the sender is noreply@yumkiosk.com.
If you've forgotten both your password and your 2FA device, contact your team manager. They can trigger an out-of-band recovery on your behalf, which requires them to verify your identity before a reset link is issued.
Session expiry
If you're logged in and the tab sits idle for more than 30 days, you'll be asked to log in again. Sessions are also invalidated immediately if your team manager deactivates your account — in that case you'll see a "Your account has been deactivated" message instead of a login error.
Multi-team agents
If you work for more than one business on YumKiosk, you have one login per business — they're fully separate accounts. Use a password manager to keep them straight. We're evaluating a unified agent identity in a future release so that one email can cover multiple employers.
